'Cookies' are small text files that are stored by the browser (for example, Internet Explorer or Safari) on your computer or mobile phone. They allow websites to store things like user preferences. You can think of cookies as providing a 'memory' for the website, so that it can recognise you when you come back and respond appropriately.
A visit to a page on this website may generate only first-party cookies - small amounts of text stored in the user's computer. By default, first-party cookies are allowed in every Web browser. If you were to disable first-party cookies, a Web site could not keep track of your activity as you move from page to page.
It is usually possible to stop your browser accepting cookies, or to stop it accepting cookies from a particular website.
All modern browsers allow you to change your cookie settings. You can usually find these settings in the 'options' or 'preferences' menu of your browser.
TRACES IN TIME
Traces in Time is a yearly journal publishing research in archaeology.
Traces in Time is a peer-reviewed journal. Articles are peer-reviewed by at least two referees, reports and book reviews are not. The reviewing process is half blind. The process takes at least two weeks, and at most two months. The authors are allowed to choose one referee for their article. Referees may be contacted as needed or they may be one of our continuous collaborators.
Traces in Time is an open access journal published by ATPG. All content is freely available without charge to the users or their institution in HTML and PDF formats. Traces in Time is published online, and every printed copy has to be considered as a “copy for personal use”. All papers of this journal are published under the terms of the Attribution- NonCommercial - NoDerivs 4.0 International (CC BY-NC-ND 4.0) Creative Commons License. Authors can freely dispose of their own work. Users are allowed to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of the articles in this journal without asking prior permission from the publisher or the author. This is in accordance with the BOAI definition of open access.
